ANGELSONG SERVICES is a new business that I am very excited about!
I have combined my years as an entertainer and my fitness expertise to create an INTERACTIVE MUSIC AND MOVEMENT EXPERIENCE which I designed specifically for the SENIOR population.
My shows are "feel-good fun"...we clap, we tap, we sing, we smile, and we reminisce too.
During my music program, I focus on 3 specific ideas:
1. Music feeds the soul.
2. Getting the body moving is vital to better health and wellness.
3. Engaging the brain is important.
Also, I offer a one-hour musical exercise class using assorted equipment that I share with my students. I have created a variety of "moovin and groovin" fitness programs that are sensitive to the special needs and limitations of elderly adults and extended care residents.
It is extremely rewarding to provide these services to so many good people, especially those who suffer from various dementias.
